About

YES Impact is an Erasmus+ initiative supporting youth workers and young entrepreneurs with training, mentoring, and open resources to grow inclusive, sustainable ventures across Türkiye, Greece, and Spain.

A large cork vision board mounted on a smooth white wall, covered with meticulously pinned social venture canvases, colorful sticky notes, hand-drawn diagrams of impact models, and printed Erasmus+ logos. Small flags of Türkiye, Greece, and Spain are carefully placed near project timelines. A sleek wooden desk below holds a closed silver laptop, a stack of training manuals titled “Youth Empowerment Toolkit,” and a tidy cup of pens. Soft, diffused daylight from an unseen window bathes the scene, creating minimal shadows and a calm, organized mood. Shot in photographic realism from a slightly elevated angle, with a clean, modern aesthetic emphasizing structure, planning, and long-term social impact.
A bright, minimalist workspace featuring a large, wall-mounted digital dashboard displaying vibrant charts, impact metrics, and icons for open-source learning modules on youth entrepreneurship. Below, a slim, matte-black monitor sits on a light birch desk, accompanied by a wireless keyboard, color-coded folders labeled “Training,” “Resources,” and “Policy.” A pair of headphones rests neatly beside a small potted plant, adding a touch of greenery. Gentle morning light from the left creates subtle highlights on the screen and a focused yet welcoming atmosphere. Photographic realism with an eye-level composition and shallow depth of field keeps the dashboard in crisp detail while softly blurring the edges, symbolizing accessible, data-driven support for youth workers and social innovators.

Stories

Events

A round wooden table in a quiet, modern library space, covered with open textbooks on social entrepreneurship, printed policy briefs, and bilingual training guides in Turkish, Greek, and Spanish. A tablet at the center shows a paused webinar slide titled “Empowering Youth for Social Impact.” Surrounding shelves filled with neatly arranged books fade into a soft blur. Overhead, warm pendant lighting casts an even, gentle glow, creating a studious, contemplative mood. Captured in photographic realism from a slightly elevated angle using the rule of thirds, the focus rests sharply on the tablet and documents, highlighting open access learning and thoughtful policy advocacy for youth empowerment.

Bootcamp

Hands-on social entrepreneurship bootcamp for youth workers to design, test, and pitch impact-driven project ideas.

A close-up of a detailed, hand-drawn blueprint for a community social enterprise, spread across a smooth drafting table. The blueprint shows clearly labeled zones for training, co-working, and community outreach, with icons representing sustainable energy, inclusive design, and digital access. Precision pens, a metal ruler, and sticky notes with keywords like “impact,” “resilience,” and “youth leadership” are carefully arranged around the drawing. Natural daylight from a nearby window creates a soft side lighting, emphasizing the texture of the paper and ink lines. Photographic realism with a shallow depth of field keeps the central blueprint crisp while letting the edges blur, evoking focused creativity and long-term strategic thinking.

Hackathon

Intensive weekend hackathon connecting youth from Türkiye, Greece, and Spain to prototype solutions to local social challenges.

A modern training room without people, prepared for a youth entrepreneurship workshop: rows of simple, light-wood tables each with neatly placed name tents, blank workbooks labeled “YES Impact Lab,” and colorful markers. At the front, a large wall-mounted screen displays a clean slide reading “Designing Social Impact Ventures” with icons symbolizing education, environment, and inclusion. Floor-to-ceiling windows on one side admit bright, natural daylight, creating soft reflections on the tabletops and an energizing, optimistic mood. Photographic realism from an eye-level, slightly wide perspective keeps the entire room in sharp focus, emphasizing readiness, structure, and professional facilitation.
A sleek, glass-topped co-working table displaying three neatly stacked resource kits branded for Türkiye, Greece, and Spain, each with distinct colors on their spines but unified design reading “Youth Social Entrepreneurship Toolkit.” Beside them, a tablet shows a web portal homepage featuring open-source modules and an Erasmus+ logo. A world map graphic is subtly reflected in the glass surface. Diffused, cool daylight from a nearby window lends a clear, professional feel. Photographic realism with centered composition and strong sharpness highlights the materials’ quality and accessibility, reinforcing cross-country collaboration and shared learning for youth workers.
A nighttime cityscape viewed through a large office window, with the interior foreground focused on a glowing laptop displaying a detailed impact map of youth social enterprises. The map features nodes and connecting lines over Türkiye, Greece, and Spain, with small icons representing successful projects. A neatly organized desk holds a spiral notebook labeled “Policy Recommendations,” a pen, and a small desk plant. The cool blue light from the laptop contrasts with the warm ambient office lighting, creating a thoughtful, strategic atmosphere. Photographic realism captured from an over-the-shoulder perspective with shallow depth of field keeps the screen in crisp detail while the city lights blur into soft bokeh, symbolizing policy work shaping real-world change.
